You do your home searching
- browsing home searching website such as http://mlslistings.com
- See homes through OPEN HOUSES whenever possible, but don't wait for an OPEN HOUSE if you find a great deal, I am always available to show you homes.
- See Model homes in new developments and be sure to meet me there on your first visit or I cannot help you with a better deal or rebate.
I perform these services (and more) for you:
- Represent buyer and provide home search and home buying advice and consultations
- Provide comparable market analysis in the neighborhood and help buyer to justify if it is a fair market price
- Draft and present real estate purchase agreement, addendums, counter offers etc.
- Once offer accepted, coordinate inspection services as necessary before removing contingencies
- Coordinate between all parties involved through Close of Escrow
- Perform Final walk through inspection with you
